Collective bargaining agreements

• Accompanying the workers’ meetings held by unions;
• Acting in collective negotiations of the economic category (collective bargaining agreements), representing the company and interacting with employers’ associations;
• Register of collective labor instruments in the Sistema Mediador (Mediator System) of the Ministry of Labor.

• Analysis and legal opinion with respect to union placement – correct identification of the union that represents the company’s economic category and the employees’ professional category (core and non-core activities).
